Rates

We have options to suit your individual needs. We provide free estimates and can even review your To Do List or projects in person to provide an estimate. 

We know that part of customer satisfaction is not being surprised by the bill, so the more we know up front the better our estimates will be.  Our estimates are good for sixty days so you have time to shop around and/or prepare a timeline that works for you, your family, and your budget.

A team of two handypeople

A team of two handypeople is $170 an hour with a one hour minimum (booked in advance, for work during our regular business hours of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday)

 You can book a team of two for 4 hours at $650 or 8 hours at $1,200.

Payment 

Payment is expected at the conclusion of the work or within 5 days of invoicing.  Partial payment may be required up front for larger jobs.  Deposits may be required during peak seasons.  We bill materials at cost, with no markup to you.   

After-hours and emergency calls are billed at $125 an hour per handyperson. 

If you need non-emergency, Saturday work done, please call in advance to schedule an appointment at a non-emergency rate when available.
